The works in this group were created with a limited palette based on black, white, and blues and may be interpreted as abstract blueprints of the various paths that diagram the internal and external byways of daily life; elements of such as maps, architecture, landscape design, bridges, road signs, and highway flyovers shift into biomorphic and alphanumeric lines, circuits, mazes, and shapes. These are laid on a field of blue paint derived from copper, which itself represents connectivity, and draw the eye into a meander across the surface of the painting.
